6. No Guarantee of Results

While we apply proven strategies and industry best practices to SEO, website performance, and conversion optimization, digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and client cooperation. Horizon Bridge LLC does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horizon Bridge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
