Web Development Services

• A project may be canceled before development work begins for a full refund, less any applicable payment processing fees.
• Once development has started, payments made for completed milestones, delivered work, or hours already performed are non-refundable.
• If a project is canceled after work has commenced, any unused prepaid balance for work not yet performed may be refunded at our discretion.

SEO Services

• SEO is an ongoing service, and results cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm updates and market competition.
• Monthly SEO fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
• Clients may cancel future recurring SEO services by providing at least 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
• No further charges will be made after the notice period expires.

Digital Marketing Services

• Advertising budgets paid directly to third-party platforms (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads) are non-refundable.
• Service fees for campaign setup, management, consulting, and optimization are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Chargebacks If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to working with you to resolve disputes quickly and fairly.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
